even though he's not looking at me (he rarely sits still long enough to capture a photo when he is looking)....but he's just so into fishing right now...he looks so cute!

but i don't know if people really see it? do they? i use google reader & never really see a blog 'front'. I just see the post & photos....i think i need to visit blogs more often...other wise I 'd have never seen this cute site that has FREE backgrounds, headers & extras. cute stuff!

this layout was just for fun. I'd already done this photo but had two for some reason...so i played. i used chalk & versamark to stamp the flowers on white textured punch out (frame)....my new thickers...fabric ones, chip board ones, foam ones..LOVE THEM!

round two of creative day fun
i did some heat embossing here...on a paper flower! on vellum & cardstock. I think I figured out a way to heat emboss w/ out making my table a mess (which is why I rarely do it). I have a kitchen island in my craft room...with a huge pull out drawer...and that is where I am keeping all my powders....and stack of scrap paper to heat emboss on...so all the little bits of powder stay in there!
