Mid Week Art

Just a basic card....i used brown stazon to stamp in..and colored in with white pigment ink!

Beautiful....and glittered ribbon

So...a new week...and I used last weeks snowflakes!

FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!! Saved the best for last

On this bird one...I had leftover felt flourish that was light green. Didn't work for me so I heat embossed it! I had tried inking it up w/ black...and it was too wet....So I applied some black EP and set that...Voila! Ready to use. I think I like the idea of EP on felt so it dries faster & can be used quickly!

Here is the other part of the flourish..left it green here.

If you ask me...I think these cards are the best for the week. The new sneak peek CTMH flyer called "Inspirations" has these papers & stamps in it..they are amazing!

THURSDAY

Cleaning out paper packs again....and trying to make a few flat cards so mailing is cheaper. heat embossed this cool car...with a pearl powder so it's shiny!!

Forgot this one...it was actually my favorite of the twitterpated ones.

ok..i'm cheating...i scheduled these.

WEDNESDAY

oooh, look @ This...3 days in a row! New CTMH Ribbon at bottom there...SO CUTE!

TUESDAY

THis one was a result of cleaning out chipboard! I heat embossed the red flower & green stem. It seems to bubble up a bit...but the result is fun.

bam....two days in a row!!

MONDAY

Maybe this is cheating...only stamped sentiments here. Just cleaned up & purged my patterned papers. I have 2 pieces left from this collection...expect to see more !!

I am going for everyday this week w/ a post! so..we'll just start this one off with the title of MONDAY....frigid cold...stinky MONDAY!

EeeEeEEe page!

If you can't find a patterned paper to 'match' your photo..make it! I used a dots background stamp for the right strip..and then used stripes of paper in purples & green & grey for the striped piece...voila...custom!

I used chipboard white letters for the title...sponged on color & spritze w/ glimmer mist (gold i think?!?!)....LOVE LOVE LOVE this page...esp cuz my kids are being themselves in it!

January Blog Hop for WINGS

HI....you got here from BETSY"S blog right...and after visiting me you should head over to KAREN's BLog to see what she whipped up!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this new paper pack & assorted stamps from CTMH...their preview for January is stunning. I whipped these 3 cards & 1 page out in probably an hour!?!? Not counting drying time for the liquid glass of course. But wow...you WILL LOVE these!!

On this layout I used liquid glass to put some glitter on my S...then liquid glass again on top of it to seal it in & make it more dimensional....ribbon of course too! The "oar" are cut out from the background & texture paper from the kit.
