well...i wanted to create while watching some of the new shows on (YAY FALL!!)....so i moved a few things to the dining room. And rather than put the scraps away, i am making some cards. used a few new ctmh stamps & good old standby colors!
My little boy turns 7 next week...and just finished his birthday party invites. How cute is he...he wants his buddies to come over & play football. That's it. I used ticket tags to make the little information invite stuff. There are three tags & the little clip!
I found one today @ M's. Already have one of my own. But know how many people "need" one & thought i'd offer it here before I sold it on ebay. leave me a message & we can talk money!
I entered a few things...and sorta thought I'd at least place....but nope. Here is one I Did....it looked more interesting in real life. i used the rub ons & markers to color in. and the others were sent in too.
So very, very cool....i love this....they are great for gift albums, table top, mantle....of just friggin fun! I chose to do b&w baseball pix...and use the game on paper (which i am SO glad i got now...i don't like it in the idea book). minimal stamping, some rub ons...play on dimension with the see through pages!
there are a lot of pix...cuz i love it so!
ok...fishing page is old ctmh paper....with some embossed vellum butterflies. really quite happy with how it worked. i lifted the page from another ctmh lady (i will find her blog & link it asap), and then the wedding dress pix...make me wana cry..in a good way! and you can click on pic for larger/upclose shot
sometimes when i make stuff, i am so so in my like or dislike of it. this card...had not reason. not intended for anyone...not pressure on creating it. So i totally took my time. I used my favorite colors....chocolate, twilight from CTMH. I used some chalk inks in similar shades and added a barn red like color to go with sorbet. I used cottage floral stamp set, flourish stamp set also. I just love how the buttons, brads (which i cut the bottoms off to lay flat)...and ribbon all came together.
