Tonights meal...Asian beef lettuce wraps

Courtesy of Everyday Food the Jan/Feb Issue. It uses flank steak...which was thick so I cut it in half to thin it out a bit. Then lime juice, garlic & scallions to flavor noodles & wrap. I forgot the mango...which is probably fine by brian. And the kids did I! THe noodles stink when they are cooking...gag. Luckily they suck up flavor so they tasted good w/ the juices!
