Sorry...kinda let life get the best of me. Even my 9 yr old son watns to know why I haven't been scrabooking! ACK!

Well...he's had 7 baseball games in the past 11 days, that's why! Last week...I did get my jewelry making goodies out...and again last night & TODAY! Made these:

The first one..vintage look...made for my daughter Emma...she won a poetry contest & had a reading tonight....looked great on her....See:

The second one I made for me! For easter...I wear a lot of pinks, teals and purples so this matches anything right?

I used the same paper as the previous flower...but punched little butterflies out of it.

I used Lindy's spray for this flower...sprayed it on kraft mat...smeared it around & put my glossy cardstock right on it...cool swirly effect.

So this one took my by surprise. Did NOT want to create with this color scheme (bamboo, chocolate, grey & vanilla)....BUT...glad I did. I think I kinda like how it works together. So card #1 is for a friend getting married tomorrow...and card #2 I HAD to bring in some COLOR!
