A few congrats cards...for the local university..

Colors are green & gold...UCK! But they really don't look all that bad together. Plus my tanning salon is right accross from the campus...so I see the colors alot and am used to them. apparently w/ the close up pix I see how sloppy I am with liquid glass...eh...you can't really see it in real life. Soo...my flowers were WHITE>!>! and i misted them w/ maya mist & tattered angels spray...fun stuff!
PIzzazz irresistibles...for the brackets!Same here...the brackets...kinda cool. They come white..and you can custom color them to match project!

Noted backgrounds lines....and the flower is from....cottage floral...if you don't have that stamp you're missing out!

Ok....SSSSSo....I LOVE THIS CARD! See the yellow frame thingy? ITS A DOOR! how flippin fun is that? THey come WHITE...and you can ink them, SPRAY THEM LIKE I DID! I am gonna try making my own 'mist' with ctmh reinkers tomorrow...and the doors are precut! They are cardstock so plenty sturdy. Peek a boo!

It's In The Bag

IT"S IN THE BAG IS this blog I follow...and the other day she had the CUTEST bag on there....for $20 bucks!! I HAD to order it....figured if I didn't like it I was only out $20 right? Well...she claimed to ship in 2 days...AND SHE DID! I got it today & LOVE IT! it's super sturdy & professionally stitched...i got the one on her last post...the top one w/ rusty colors & a big brown button for a clasp...has ties on the sides. Check out the inside details of it too! ANyways...wanted to show you all in case you 'need' a bag!

Some Mother's Day Celebration Invites

My mom works @ an assisted living center with women residents. THis is the 2nd year they have had me make their invites for their mother's day celebration. I can't believe how fast these whipped up...15 cards...5 of 3 designs (from the WOTG in new idea book!). I just switched up the papers! The new Pizzazz Irresistibles are COOL! You ink them up @ they have pre printed resist images on them. Very fun!

2nd Annual Garden attempt

This is the 2nd year. Last year Brian & I built these raised garden beds. I had them out back...but they didnt' work. Combo of not enough care (too far frm hose), not enough sun, and TWO ROUDY PUPPIES! They never took. This year I moved them. Right up by the side of the house (Brian has to be annoyed!)...you see them as soon as you go out kitchen or come in gate..which is where 99% of our guests arrive! Anyways...the littles & I planted box one w/ early seeds. THe other two are waiting till May 1st to be planted!Look...

they're sprouting!! And I even have the drip line all set up!

Each kid planted their own seeds.

We did spinach, cauliflower, peppers, peas, radish's. I cut some branches of my crab apple to stick in the dirt for a 'trellis' that my peas can grown on.

The littles & I celebrated Earth day...w/ yogurt cups!

I had intended to visit a nursery & buy mini trees to plant..but the cruddy rain kinda shut that down. So we improvised.

First we dug in the recycle bin for some activia (yeah, i feed the littles this stuff! ) and yay...we had FIVE exactly!

Cleaned, rinsed & dried.Then we decorated with all of my left over scrappin scraps!

See how cute?! We filled them with some hyacinths before they headed home!

A miracle kit turned into a card kit!

Now this is NOT my best work...at all....but it's done & i have a stash of cards now!
